Tennent Technique™ Foot Reflexology charts, designed by Reflexologist JoAnn Tennent, illustrate the pressure points of the anatomy represented in the feet. This unique series of foot reflexology charts describes the location of the reflexology pressure points and their correspondence to different organs, glands, structures and systems of the anatomy.

Foot Reflexology charts are actually maps of the pressure points and their corresponding parts of the human anatomy. There are slight variations in the direct (and indirect) reflexology pressure points and reflex-zones shown on the different styles of hand and foot reflexology charts presently available.

For example, reflexology charts from Traditional Chinese Medicine also illustrate the reflexology pressure points found in the ears. Reflexology, Acupressure, and Acupuncture all strive to open up the subtle energy channels (meridians) through direct reflexology pressure point stimulation, in order to rejuvenate the body and to help promote optimum health.

Foot reflexology charts strive to provide the most detailed skeletal system information found in the reflexology charts currently available. A complete set of Tennent Technique™ foot reflexology charts shows the locations of the reflexology pressure points designated by anatomical system, as well as providing a composite reflexology chart of the entire reflexology foot map.

To fully utilize a reflexology chart, it is advantageous to participate in a reflexology course led by JoAnn Tennent, Certified Reflexologist.
